Indian Pitch and Putt Association (IPPA) was founded with a clear purpose - to redefine the landscape of golf in India by making it more accessible, inclusive and engaging for all.
In a country where traditional golf is often perceived as exclusive and infrastructure-heavy, Pitch and Putt offers a dynamic, fast-paced and approachable format that opens the game to a much wider audience. Recognizing this opportunity, IPPA was established as the national governing and promotional body dedicated to nurturing and expanding the sport across India.
Our journey is driven by a vision to build a grassroots movement, introducing Pitch and Putt to schools, colleges, communities and emerging sporting hubs. At the same time, we are committed to creating structured pathways for talent development, enabling players to progress from beginners to competitive athletes representing India on international platforms.
More than just a governing body, IPPA is a movement to democratize golf in India - breaking barriers, nurturing talent and creating a new generation of players who see golf not as a privilege, but as a possibility.
